GOAL sells two Bombardier Dash 8-Q400 to Falko Regional Aircraft Ltd
GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG sold two Bombardier Dash 8-Q400 aircraft to a fund managed by Falko Regional Aircraft Limited , UK. The two aircraft are currently on operating leases to Croatia Airlines.
The aircraft were acquired by two GOAL special purpose companies in 2009 at delivery from Bombardier with long term operating leases to Croatia Airlines. The aircraft were held by private investors through the structure of a public fund managed by GOAL and GOAL’s majority shareholder KGAL GmbH & Co. KG.
The acquisition has been funded by Falko’s Regional Aircraft Opportunities Fund which now has acquired 39 regional jets and turboprops since its establishment in November 2015.
