- Typhaine is Manager Transaction Management at GOAL. In her current role she is responsible for the execution of transactions with the focus on legal matters.
- Prior to joining GOAL, Typhaine was a legal manager at Wizz Air in charge of all legal aspects of Wizz Air’s fleet transactions (including acquisitions, leases, financings, deliveries, re-deliveries and novations).
- Typhaine holds a master’s degree in International Business Law from Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne and a master’s degree in Insurance Law from Paris Dauphine.

- Pascal is Director Technical at GOAL. He is responsible for aircraft asset management throughout the lease term in the GOALs portfolio. Further, he supports acquisitions, executes aircraft delivery, and manages sourcing, transition, and consulting projects.
- Prior to joining GOAL, he worked within the Lufthansa Group for almost 19 years. In his latest role as Senior Manager of Aircraft Leasing Technical Asset Management, he set up the technical asset lease department in Malta for the leasing platform for about 120 aircraft. He supported aircraft transactions internally and externally and advised the cooperate finance department on aircraft finance transactions on technical affairs.
- Pascal is an EASA B1.1/C Licensed Engineer with market-leading Airbus and Boeing Narrow, - and Wide Type Ratings and further holds a Diploma in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.

- Henrik is Head of Transaction Management & Strategic Finance at GOAL. In his current role he is responsible for the strategic financing of GOAL projects as well as the relationship to banking partners. Additionally he is responsible for the execution of transactions and is overseeing general strategic projects.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2019 he structured warehouse facilities, operating and finance leases for various airline and lessor partners at Norddeutsche Landesbank.
- Henrik holds a bachelor of science in Economics from the University of Mannheim, Germany and a master of science in Economics & Policy from the University of Nijmegen, Netherlands.

- Matthias is Manager Technical Records at GOAL. In his current role he is responsible for all technical documentation involving GOAL’s business including more than 50 managed aircraft.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2008, he worked for Open Connect GmbH on behalf of Lufthansa and managed the technical onboard documentation of more than 60 aircraft at Munich airport.
- Matthias has completed an apprenticeship as a banker.

- Philipp Myckert is Head of Deal Origination & Aircraft Remarketing at GOAL. In his current role he is responsible for GOAL’s worldwide aircraft acquisition activities as well as aircraft sales projects involving GOAL’s fleet and third party mandates.
- Before joining GOAL in 2007, Philipp worked with Qantas in Sydney, Australia as Chief Engineer Fleet Development, where he managed the technical part of large fleet acquisition projects involving more than 100 aircraft. He started his professional career as sales engineer at Fairchild Dornier, Germany, where he was involved in various sales support activities.
- Philipp holds a master’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Wyoming, USA as well as a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Munich, Germany.

- Joanne is Director Asset Management at GOAL Aircraft Leasing Ireland Limited. In her current role she is responsible for the lease management of a diverse portfolio of aircraft owned and managed by GOAL,and maintaining the integrity of all lease data in the asset management system.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2024, she established the asset management platform at Clover Aviation Capital. She also worked in contracts management at Avolon and in Airbus Financial Services where she managed a portfolio of operating leases, finance leases and loans.
- Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business and Finance Degree from Dublin City University, as well as a Diploma from the Law Society of Ireland in Aviation Leasing and Finance.

- Christoph is Head of Technical at GOAL. In his current role he is responsible for all technical aspects involving GOAL’s business including more than 250 aircraft acquisitions and transitions. He leads a team of high-skilled technical professionals.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2008, he worked as systems engineer at Eurowings AG (Lufthansa Regional Group) and managed a fleet of more than 20 aircraft.
- Christoph holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany.

- Swathi holds an Advanced master’s degree in Air and Space law from IIASL, Leiden University, The Netherlands and an integrated bachelor’s degree in International law and finance from Alliance University, Bangalore.

- Sven is Head of Transaction Management, Investor Origination and Business Development at GOAL. In his current role he is responsible for the strategic business development and matching GOAL's global investors with lucrative aircraft leasing deals.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2017, he managed a fleet of around 150 aircraft at airberlin and acted as project manager closing more than 50 transactions with leasing companies, banks and OEMs.
- Sven holds a bachelor of arts in Economics and Sports from the University of Potsdam.

- Frank is Director Sales & Marketing at GOAL with over 19 years’ experience in the aviation aftermarket. In his current role he is responsible for aircraft remarketing, acquisition and business development.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2017, Frank managed a portfolio of more than 20 aircraft engines at the Royal Aero Group GmbH and oversaw aircraft and engine transactions in excess of 100 assets.
- Frank completed an apprenticeship as a hotel management specialist at a 5-star hotel in Bavaria and he holds a professional Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from City Colleges in Dublin

- Chris is Managing Director at GOAL with more than 30 years’ experience in the aviation leasing and financing market. He is specially responsible for both the strategy and the execution of transactions.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2007 as Managing Director, he oversaw projects and in parallel structured and closed a broad range of aircraft transactions within the KGAL aviation division.
- Chris holds a master of science in Air Transport Management from the University of Cranfield, UK. In addition he has a degree in Economics from the University of Konstanz, Germany.

- Andreas is Director Sales & Marketing at GOAL. In his current role he is responsible for aircraft acquisition as well as aircraft remarketing and business development.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2023, Andreas was VP Commercial at Blueberry Aviation responsible for deal origination and business development in the Asia Pacific Australia region as well as parts of Europe and South America. He started his career with Lufthansa Technik, holding various positions in account management, product sales and corporate sales. During his career Andreas spent 12 years in Asia being based in India and Singapore.
- Andreas holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany

Besides that, he has a passion for the Advanced Air Mobility (eVTOL) sector, always sharing his insights with colleagues and business partners.
- Prior to joining GOAL in 2023, he already worked with GOAL for almost four years from 2017 to 2021 as Senior Manger Technical. From 2021 to 2023, he worked on his own venture creating asset management solutions based on virtual reality technology to enhance aircraft sales and re-marketing processes.
- Nico holds a bachelor and master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany.

- Prior to joining GOAL in 2023, he held positions at various areas within the aviation industry with leading companies and managed numerous high value aircraft projects. Until recently, he was with Doric Asset Finance as Technical Director, and previously with SunExpress Airlines and Turkish Airlines Technic as Systems Engineer, and with GE as a Design Engineer.
- Can holds a degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, USA.
