Investment vehicles controlled by investment funds managed by Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. purchased two 737-800 aircraft with leases to TUI Travel attached from two different special purpose companies managed by GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.
