GOAL sells three Embraer 195 to Stobart Group

GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG sold three Embraer 195LR aircraft to Propius Limited, the aircraft leasing business of Stobart Group, UK. The three aircraft are currently on operating leases to Flybe, UK running until 2018.

The aircraft were acquired by a GOAL special purpose company in 2008 at delivery from Embraer with long term operating leases to Flybe, UK. The aircraft were held by private investors through the structure of a public fund managed by GOAL and GOAL’s majority shareholder KGAL GmbH & Co. KG.
