GOAL purchased three E190-100

GOAL acquires three used E190-100 aircraft from Airfleet Credit Corporation, with attached leases to the Swiss carrier Helvetic Airways. A wholly owned GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG (GOAL) subsidiary purchased beginning of March 2016 E190-100 MSN 354, 420 and 435, with their attached leases to Helvetic Airways AG, from previous owner Bernina Aircraft Leasing Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Airfleet Credit Corporation. The purchase/sales transaction was financed with GOAL equity and with a senior bank loan from a German bank.
