GOAL introduces two Boeing 737-800 to its fleet

GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG arranged the long-term financing for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft with Air Europa Líneas Aéreas, S.A.U., Spain. One aircraft is placed in KGAL’s Aircraft Portfolio Fund 1 (APF1) for German institutional investors through the structure of an operating lease. GOAL, being a renowned expert in managing aircraft assets, will be the asset manager as well as remarketing agent for the aircraft. The other aircraft is a finance lease with GOAL acting as junior lender and remarketing agent. Both aircraft will be delivered to Air Europa mid-2016 and are financed with Crédit Agricole Corporate Investment Banking as senior lender.
