GOAL introduces one A321-200 to its fleet for KGAL investors

“On November 24th, 2017, GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG (“GOAL”) arranged the financing leasing of one A321-200 bearing the MSN 7963, on lease to Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (“VietJet”).

The aircraft is placed in KGAL’s Aircraft Portfolio Fund 1 (APF1) for German institutional investors through the structure of long term operating lease. Crédit Agricole CIB (“CACIB”) acted as Coordinator, Facility Agent and Security Trustee for the financing of that aircraft. CACIB and the Korea Development Bank (“KDB”) acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers. GOAL & APF1 were advised by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and the lenders were advised by Clifford Chance LLP.”
