GOAL introduces additional A320neo aircraft to its fleet for KGAL investors

GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG (“GOAL”) has arranged a sale and leaseback transaction for a total of six A320neo aircraft with Frontier Airlines, Inc. based in Denver, Colorado, USA. The first two aircraft were already delivered to the airline in November and December of last year. The remaining four aircraft are scheduled to be delivered during 2018.

The aircraft are or will be placed in KGAL’s Aircraft Portfolio Fund family 1, 3 and 4 (APF1, 3 and 4) for German institutional investors through the structure of long term operating leases with GOAL acting as Lease Manager. Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (“Helaba”) and DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale ("Deka") are the debt arrangers and lenders for four aircraft and Credit Agricole CIB (“CACIB”) is the debt arranger and lender for two aircraft.
