GOAL introduces a further three Boeing 737-800 to its fleet

GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG arranged the sale and lease back transaction (including PDP and long-term financing) for three Boeing 737-800 aircraft with Air Europa Líneas Aéreas, S.A.U., Spain. Two aircraft are placed in KGAL’s Aircraft Portfolio Fund 1 (APF 1) for German institutional investors. The other aircraft is financed with GOAL equity. GOAL, a renowned expert in managing aircraft assets, will be the asset manager as well as re-marketing agent for the aircraft. All three aircraft will be delivered to Air Europa in 2017 and are financed with NordLB as senior lender. Once these aircraft are delivered, the GOAL aircraft portfolio will contain five Air Europa Boeing 737-800.
