GOAL arranged PDP financing for two 737-800

A PDP financing for two 737-800 to be delivered to Air Europa in 2016 was closed successfully in November 2014. The financing was arranged by GOAL (German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG). DVB acted as senior lender and GOAL acquired a junior loan. Air Europa achieved a decent advance through the structure. It is the first PDP financing transaction GOAL, Air Europa and DVB have completed together.
