GOAL and easyJet closed the second batch of A319 Sale and Lease Back transaction

GOAL and easyJet closed the second batch of six A319-111 in a Sale and Lease Back transaction for a total of twelve A319-111 aircraft. The first batch of six A319-111 aircraft were already delivered in February 2013.

GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing has purchased twelve A319-111 from easyJet Airline Company Limited, of which six have already been delivered and leased back to easyJet. The remaining six will be delivered and leased back in June 2013.

The equity will be placed to investors by GOAL’s majority shareholder KGAL. GOAL, being a renowned expert in managing aircraft assets, will act again as lease and asset manager for all twelve aircraft.
