GOAL sells two Bombardier CRJ900 to AeroCentury Corp.

GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG sold two Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft with leases attached to AeroCentury Corp. The aircraft were acquired by special purpose companies managed by GOAL in 2008/2009 at delivery from Bombardier with operating leases to ADRIA Airways. The aircraft were held by private investors and managed by GOAL and GOAL’s majority shareholder KGAL GmbH & Co. KG. Concur-rently with the sale, a lease extension was agreed with the operator ADRIA Airways.
